Meet Our Staff
Theresa Petrino, DA, Office Manager
Theresa joined the practice of Dr. Johann in July 2000. She started out as Dr. Johann's dental assistant and transitioned to office manager in 2019. Theresa enjoys providing patient care. Her nurturing way is comforting to our patients and she provides an understanding of dental procedures.
Theresa is a native to Colorado. She and her husband share a love of music. They have one son, Michael. Theresa is an expert seamstress and does small projects outside her busy work schedule. Her doll collection includes homemade dolls starting from 1957.
Laura Beard, Communications Manager
Laura joined Johann Prosthetics in 2021 as the Communications Manager. She accidentally got into dental about 6 years ago just helping a friend out in her office and found a change of career. Laura has since been at the front desk of general dentistry, ran an Ortho practice and did marketing for Oral Surgery. She loves learning all the aspects of these different offices and roles. Laura's favorite part of this new role is building patient relationships and great continued relationships with our referral offices, ensuring that each patient receives the best care possible.
Laura has lived in every time zone, and grew up on the East Coast but settled here in Colorado 11 years ago with her 3 almost grown kids and 2 dogs. She loves paddleboarding, hiking, camping and jeeping with her kids and friends.
Michael Reddy, Lab Manager
After 35 years of owning and operating his in-house dental laboratory in Pennsylvania, Mike moved to Colorado with his wife Brenda to join Johann Prosthetics of Boulder in December 2021.
Mike brings seasoned knowledge of the design and construction of all types of dental appliances from full/partial denture prosthetics to all types of orthodontic devices. He earned his CDT certification in 1985; however, his education in the field is forever growing to stay up-to-date with growing trends and new technology. Examples of this recent growth would be his expertise in flexible partials along with the latest implant technology along with learning how to print and scan digital models.
Mike’s love of the dental field stems from his years losing teeth as a hockey player (now passionate trail runner) and he is honored to be a part of the talented team at Johann Prosthetics. Moving to Colorado has been a lifelong dream and he is excited to be able to marry both the perfect outdoor environment with the perfect work environment.
Angie Cleveland, EDDA
Angie grew up in the Chicago suburbs where she started assisting at the age of 17. She later attended Triton College in a dental laboratory technician program specializing in ceramics and fixed restorative, where she graduated with honors and received her Associates Degree, while still assisting in a dental office and working in a dental lab.
After graduating in 1997, she moved to Colorado with her husband. Currently Angie has 30 years experience as an EDDA and Lab Technician. She thoroughly enjoys sculpting and designing teeth and creating better smiles. Angie spends her free time with her husband and daughter, whom she shares the love of art and music with.
